The RoleYou’ll be at the cutting edge of solving real-world challenges in the consumer goods and retail sectors — from tackling food waste reduction to optimising promotions and markdowns — all through the power of probabilistic machine learning. You’ll collaborate closely with client technical teams and your fellow consultants to design, build, and deploy solutions that make a measurable impact.
What You’ll Be Doing- Shaping solutions from the ground up – running interactive client workshops to uncover pain points, understand requirements, and design impactful solutions.
- Engineering smart architectures – aligning solution designs with client technical teams to ensure smooth integration and long-term scalability.
- Building intelligent pipelines – creating model pipelines for training ML models, hosting them on client cloud platforms, and setting up performance monitoring for continuous improvement.
- Bringing AI to life for users – integrating front-ends with transformed data and ML outputs, running structured tests, and ensuring a high-quality experience for end users.
- Customising and innovating – working with front-end developers to adapt Python or Power BI interfaces to user needs and feedback.
- Inventing what’s next – spotting new opportunities beyond the current scope, developing innovative ideas, and building greenfield solutions from concept to MVP.
If you love combining deep technical work with creative problem solving, enjoy working directly with clients, and want to see your work deliver real, measurable results, this is your stage.
The Candidate- Several years of data science expertise, ideally within the supply chain domain.
- A background in consulting and/or working within the CPG/retail industries.
