The Role
As a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in building a cloud-native software platform from concept through to production. You’ll work across the full technology stack, translating product ideas and prototypes into secure, scalable and accessible applications.
Modern AI-assisted software development is central to the engineering approach. You’ll confidently use AI coding tools to accelerate delivery while maintaining high standards of software design, security and maintainability. Working closely with product leadership, you’ll influence technical direction, shape engineering practices and make architectural decisions that will support future platform growth.

Must-Have
- Strong commercial experience developing full stack web applications.
- Excellent knowledge ofTypeScript, React and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience buildingbackend services using Python or similar technologies.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, APIs and relational databases.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, security and engineering best practice.
- Comfortable working within an early-stage, fast-moving product environment.
Nice-to-Have
