What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain talent pipelines; proactively source candidates on various job boards
- Post job adverts, screen candidates, and coordinate interviews
- Manage candidate communication and share feedback with stakeholders
- Support careers fairs, recruitment events, and hiring initiatives
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle and handle confidential information
- Ensure an outstanding candidate experience that reflects our employer brand
What We’re Looking For
