The Opportunity
Join our expanding Nottingham office and start your journey as a Recruitment Consultant. You’ll work with top-tier clients, place candidates into specialist markets, and develop business skills that can set you on the fast track to management.
- What You’ll Do as a Recruitment Consultant:
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates across niche global markets.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interview prep, feedback, and negotiating offers.
- Win new client accounts and develop your business development skills.
- Master proven recruitment and sales techniques in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Enjoy autonomy over your client interactions and decision-making.

- High Earnings: Basic salary & industry-leading uncapped commission structure (up to 60%) with first-year earnings potential of £50,000–£70,000+, scaling up to £75,000–£150,000+ by year three.
