We’re looking for a driven Marketing Executive (Placement Year) who wants more than a traditional support role. From day one, you’ll create content that gets seen, and directly support consultants closing million-pound deals. You’ll be trusted to own projects, contribute ideas, and make a visible impact across the business.

What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting marketing campaigns across all three brands
- Creating content: LinkedIn posts, blogs, emails, and case studies
- Managing and scheduling social media across company and brand pages
- Helping consultants build strong personal LinkedIn profiles
- Supporting event marketing: conferences, webinars, and follow‑ups
- Managing HubSpot: contact lists, email workflows, and data hygiene
- Assisting with market research, competitor analysis, and reporting
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Currently studying Marketing, Business, Communications (or similar)
- Seeking a 12‑month placement starting September 2026
- A strong writer – clear, confident, and persuasive
- Organised, detail‑driven, and reliable
- Comfortable with tech and excited to learn new tools
- A proactive self‑starter who takes ownership
