The Opportunity:
Metric is seeking a Marketing Executive to join our Nottingham team and support our offices in Austin, New York, Florida, and London. You’ll help elevate our brand and ensure consistent, engaging, and impactful marketing across our global locations.
What will your role involve?
- Create and update engaging marketing collateral, including email signatures, brochures, and web pages
- Manage LinkedIn content and monthly posting plans for our business channels
- Design internal signage and office screens to keep our teams informed and inspired
- Support HR and Talent Acquisition with employer branding and key event promotions
- Produce newsletters, email campaigns, and internal communications
- Create and edit videos to bring our brand to life
- Tackle large-scale design projects, such as outdoor advertising
- Assist the CEO with ad hoc marketing needs
- Analyse marketing performance and use insights to guide future strategies
- Additional ad hoc support across the business
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills for print, online, and social media
- Excellent project management, organization, and attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- A proactive mindset with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Creative flair and the ability to translate business objectives into compelling content
- Familiarity with social media platforms, especially LinkedIn
