What You\’ll Do
Build and maintain talent pipelines; proactively source candidates on various job boards
Post job adverts, screen candidates, and coordinate interviews
Manage candidate communication and share feedback with stakeholders
Support careers fairs, recruitment events, and hiring initiatives
Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle and handle confidential information
Ensure an outstanding candidate experience that reflects our employer brand
What We\’re Looking For
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work under pressure
Passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience
Resilient, proactive, and ambitious
Previous experience in internal recruitment, HR, or administration is an advantage
