We are working with a leading financial markets organisation looking to hire a Director to play a key role in its digital assets and tokenization strategy.
The role will focus on driving the practical adoption of DLT, tokenized assets and smart contract-enabled workflows across derivatives and collateral markets. You will work across technology, legal, regulatory and market structure considerations to turn complex industry requirements into practical digital solutions.
This is a highly visible role, with exposure to senior market participants, regulators and industry initiatives shaping the future of digital markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop solutions addressing the use of digital and tokenized assets as collateral and across other derivatives workflows.
- Drive tokenization initiatives spanning DLT, smart contracts, collateral management and digital asset infrastructure.
- Help shape the legal, documentation, data and risk standards required to support institutional adoption of tokenization.
- Translate complex derivatives and collateral workflows into scalable digital and smart contract-enabled solutions.
- Work across legal, policy, technology and financial markets teams to deliver digital asset initiatives.
- Engage with senior market participants and regulators on the opportunities, risks and practical implications of tokenization.
- Represent the organisation at industry working groups, regulatory forums and digital asset initiatives.
Skills & Experience
- Strong expertise in DLT, tokenization and smart contracts within institutional financial markets.
- Understanding of how tokenized financial assets are represented, issued, transferred and used within financial markets.
- Experience with derivatives, collateral management or related wholesale financial markets workflows .
- Ability to translate operational and market requirements into digital solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technology, legal, regulatory and business audiences.
- Experience working on industry-wide digital asset, market infrastructure or regulatory initiatives would be highly relevant.
