Responsibilities include:
- Account Management of current clients.
- Business Development and attracting new accounts.
- Having full autonomy and responsibility for the recruitment process.
- Developing and building relationships in your niche specialist market and delivering search solutions at the highest level.
- Sourcing and actively headhunting mid to senior-level candidates for clients worldwide, ensuring technical, cultural, and experience fit for roles specialised within the industry.
- Attending conferences and industry events to keep abreast of the latest developments within both the recruitment marketplace and your specialist industry.
Solid computer skills across MS including PPT, Word, Excel and Outlook. Please note this is not a remote position.
