Metric are hiring experienced Recruitment Consultants to join our team in Nottingham, preferably from Engineering, Construction, Energy, Water, Industrial, Life Sciences and Medical Technology sectors. We’re keen to bring on experienced recruiters who want to take ownership of their career and get highly rewarded with our market leading commission structure of up to 60%. Depending on your preferences, you can look to manage and build a team or progress your career as a biller.

- Commission: In addition to your base salary, we offer the best commission scheme and earning potential in recruitment with OTE earnings from £40,000 - £70,000+ Year 1, £50,000 - £100,000+ Year 2, £75,000 - £150,000+ Year 3.
