We are seeking ambitious UK-based Cost Managers who are ready to relocate to the United States and take the next step in their careers. You will join a leading international firm delivering technically complex construction projects across major U.S. markets including Virginia, Texas, Arizona, and Illinois. No prior Data Center experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full commercial management of large construction projects

What We’re Looking For

  • Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management
  • 3+ years’ post-graduate experience (senior roles available for 5+ years)
  • Experience on major construction, infrastructure, MEP, or complex build projects
  • Strong cost control and contract management background
  • Clear motivation to relocate to the United States
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
