I’m currently supporting a leading global construction consultancy on a number of opportunities for UK-based Senior Quantity Surveyors who are open to relocating to the US.

Salary: $130,000–$150,000 + 10% annual bonus

These roles will support the delivery of large-scale data centre projects across:

  • Portsmouth, Ohio - $3k per month tax free living allowance
  • Lubbock, Texas - $3k per month tax free living allowance
  • Austin, TX
  • Houston, TX
  • Tulsa, OK
  • South Bend, IN
  • New York City, NY
  • Kansas City, MO

A full relocation package is available, alongside visa sponsorship.

What they are looking for:

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying
  • 7+ years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor
  • Strong background delivering large, complex commercial construction projects
  • Experience operating at Senior QS level
  • Data centre experience is advantageous but not essential
  • Must hold a British passport
  • Open to relocating to the United States
