We are seeking ambitious UK-based Cost Managers who are ready to relocate to the United States and take the next step in their careers. You will join a leading international firm delivering technically complex construction projects across major U.S. markets including Virginia, Texas, Arizona, and Illinois. No prior Data Center experience is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Full commercial management of large construction projects
- Cost planning, budgeting, and financial forecasting
- Procurement and subcontractor management
- Change management and valuation of variations
- Risk analysis and mitigation
- Monthly commercial reporting
- Supporting operational teams to achieve financial targets
What We’re Looking For
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management
- 3+ years’ post-graduate experience (senior roles available for 5+ years)
- Experience on major construction, infrastructure, MEP, or complex build projects
- Strong cost control and contract management background
- Clear motivation to relocate to the United States
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
