Metric Bio & proud to be partnered with a Global Leader in Discovery CRO Services - Now on the hunt for a Senior Business Developer to establish an even stronger commercial for their Discovery Service portfolio across the UK.
You’ll be joining the organisation\'s highest-performing sales team, partnering closely with internal scientific teams to deliver tailored solutions spanning chemistry, biology, DMPK, and integrated discovery programs for leading biotech and pharma clients.
Your responsibilities:
- Lead sales growth across discovery and preclinical research services
- Build and manage relationships with biotech and pharma partners globally
- Collaborate cross-functionally with technical and proposal teams to shape winning solutions
Ideal Profile:
- Advanced educational background, preferably Chemistry (PhD, MSc desired)
- 5Y+ selling discovery-based CRO services across Small & Large Molecule
- Highly self-motivated, driven and comfortable working in a remote setting
- UK-based is essential
