About the role
We are seeking a passionate Registered Nurse to join our team at our Oakridge Villas Care home in Kerikeri, Northland. On offer is a 37.5 hour a week role. Candidates must be available to work mixed shifts and on weekends.
Some of the great things you will be doing:
- Clinical assessment, planning and implementation of nursing care.
- Effective communication and clinical problem-solving skills
- Work collaboratively with other team members
- Develop and review care plans in consultation with our residents and their families.
- Provide compassionate and high-level care.
About you
You pride yourself on delivering an outstanding service to our residents and have empathy for the older person. You also have:
- Current Practicing Certificate and first aid certificate
- Strong nursing experience, aged care - even better!
- InterRai qualified is desirable.
- Up to date knowledge of wound care management
- Demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills.
- You are also a team player with a caring, respectful manner which is important in our aged care environment.
