The predicted salary is between 11 - 16 € per hour.

Be in control of your roster - shifts that suit your lifestyle and availability. We have a dedicated internal casual team (MetFlex) that will look after your training and development, working schedule, work support etc.

Learn while you earn. Ongoing casual shifts for all Villages in your local area - our villages are all different and bespoke. Permanent roles available if you want to move from the casual position. We will develop and train you in the career path within Aged Care. Work in a rewarding environment - supporting our residents and within great, dedicated teams.

About the role: We're looking for an experienced Domestic Aid (Cleaner) to join St Andrew's Village to work in our Care Home. The shift hours can vary from 8am to 12pm or from 11pm to 7am.

  • Provide exceptional cleaning support to our residents
  • Ensuring high standards of cleanliness are maintained
  • Ensuring residents belongings are treated with respect
  • Ensuring all health guidelines are followed

About you: We are looking for the right attitude, excellent communication skills and someone who can work as part of a team to provide a high level of support in maintaining our care home to a high standard. Some things that will support your application include:

  • Good level of fitness
  • Previous cleaning experience ideally in Aged Care is highly beneficial.
  • Empathy for the elderly and a love of making a difference in our residents' lives
