The Team You Will Join: The Individual Protection Sales team drives growth for MetLife UK. The team of dedicated Account Executives reaches out to external brokers via phone calls, virtual presentations, and face-to-face meetings.

The Opportunity: The Account Executive is responsible for maintaining and growing a panel of advisers that sell MetLife products. This is a vital role for MetLife UK as the business continues its growth plans in 2025. Success in this role requires a desire to expand on current business opportunities as well as seek out new ones. The Account Executive is responsible for delivering on an individual financial target. You’ll collaborate closely with Marketing and other key business functions in an environment where every contribution is respected, and every perspective is heard.

How You’ll Help Us Build a Confident Future (Key Responsibilities):

  • Lead your own panel of advisers
  • Create new opportunities to grow the business
  • Oversee an existing panel of advisers
  • Manage your own diary to meet activity requirements
  • Develop relationships with external brokers
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Happy and able to work 3 days in the Brighton office, Monday to Wednesday with Thursday and Friday from home
