Metlen Energy & Metals is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join our London team.
You will provide commercially focused legal advice, manage contractual risk, and ensure successful delivery of energy projects throughout their lifecycle.
You will draft, review, and negotiate EPC, O&M, and procurement contracts; support project teams across the UK and Ireland; and liaise with external advisers to manage legal expenditure.
A dual European qualification is an advantage.
