We are currently looking for a HSE Site Supervisor professional to join our M Renewables Division in the UK. The HSE Site Supervisor will work closely with project teams to implement robust safety protocols, provide training, and conduct regular inspections to mitigate risks. With a proactive approach to safety and sustainability, the HSE Site Manager will be instrumental in advancing Metlen Energy and Metals’ solar projects, driving the company’s mission to power a cleaner, greener future.

Your role will encompass:

  • Extracting and implementing HSE requirements from Pre‑Construction Information, ensuring compliance.
  • Reviewing project drawings and Construction Phase Plan to address foreseeable health and safety issues.
  • Preparing and maintaining up‑to‑date H&S files, including METKA–EGN Risk and Environmental Assessments.
  • Establishing emergency plans, traffic management, and ensuring fire regulation compliance.
  • Conducting accident investigations and producing detailed reports with findings and recommendations.
  • Monitoring and managing fuel, waste, and water levels on site, taking necessary actions as required.

What you bring to the role:

  • NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate, or industry‑recognised equivalent.
  • ISO14001 and ISO45001 auditor (preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years as HSE professional in a construction (CDM), electrical, or related technical environment.
  • Experience in Solar / renewables sector (preferred).
  • Driving License.
  • Self‑motivation and team player skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management ability.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical, critical thinking with problem solving skills.
