About the Role
We are seeking a Legal Counsel to support our EPC activities across the UK and Ireland, reporting into the London‑based Legal team. This role will provide high‑quality, commercially focused legal advice across the full project lifecycle, from tendering and procurement through to project delivery and operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice across EPC, O&M, supply and subcontract agreements
- Draft, review and negotiate key project contracts
- Support project teams in managing contractual obligations and risks
- Advise on procurement, tenders and contract execution
- Liaise with external law firms and manage legal spend in line with internal procedures
- Contribute to the development of legal processes, templates and best practices
Requirements
- Qualified lawyer in England & Wales with a valid practising certificate
- Experience in EPC contracts and energy/infrastructure projects
- Knowledge of FIDIC and/or NEC4 contracts
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
