Engineers in Action Graduate Programme – Wave 10 | United Kingdom

Launch your engineering career with METLEN in the UK

At METLEN, we believe the future is built through action, innovation and responsibility. With operations in more than 40 countries across five continents, we deliver major projects that support the global energy transition.

Following the successful launch of Engineers in Action in the UK, we are opening applications for the next cycle of our flagship graduate engineering programme.

Based in London or Newcastle, the programme offers early-career engineers the opportunity to gain hands‑on experience and contribute to high‑impact renewable energy projects.

As an Engineer in Action within M Renewables – Energy Transition, you will work alongside experienced professionals and contribute to the development and delivery of international renewable energy projects.

Depending on the position, your work may include:

  • Engineering design and technical coordination
  • Project development and delivery
  • Construction and site‑related activities
  • Project management and reporting
  • Renewable energy and energy storage projects
  • Collaboration with international technical and commercial teams

Some positions may require participants to work at a project site in Newcastle for most of the programme duration. Candidates should therefore carefully consider their availability for the relevant location before applying.

What you will gain:

  • Practical experience on real renewable energy projects
  • International exposure within a global organisation
  • Structured learning and professional development
  • Collaboration with experienced engineering and project teams
  • Opportunities for longer‑term career development following successful programme completion
