We are seeking an experienced
Senior Civil Design Engineer to lead and deliver civil engineering design activities across complex solar engineering and construction projects across the UK.
Your role will encompass
- Develop and review civil designs, calculations, drawings, specifications, and technical reports.
- Design site development, grading, drainage, roads, utilities, earthworks, and concrete/civil structures.
- Coordinate civil works with multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Review contractor and consultant deliverables.
- Provide technical guidance to junior engineers/designers.
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and project specifications.
- Support construction, technical queries, and site activities when required
What you bring to the role
- Degree in Civil Engineering.
5+ years of relevant civil design experience.
- Strong experience in detailed design and multidisciplinary projects.
- Proficiency in
Auto CAD/Civil 3D ; BIM/Revit is a plus.
- Good knowledge of international/local civil engineering standards.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent English.
- Full UK driving licence
