Metlen Energy & Metals is seeking an O&M Administrator to join our M-Renewables Division in London. This role is key to supporting the Operations & Maintenance (O&M) team, ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative, financial, and operational coordination to enable the effective delivery of renewable energy asset management activities.
You will work closely with O&M Project Managers, field technicians, and internal stakeholders, providing essential administrative and operational support in a fast-paced, professional environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to O&M Project Managers and Heads of Department.
- Prepare purchase orders (POs), service agreements, and support procurement activities.
- Liaise with finance and accountants to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, contractor payments, and expenses.
- Track and follow up on O&M sales contract payments and departmental costs.
- Organise travel, accommodation, and training/course registrations for site technicians and staff.
- Process travel and mileage claims, fuel card checks, and expense reimbursements.
- Support company car bookings and manage related administration.
- Assist with onboarding of new O&M personnel (IT equipment, PPE, tools, mobile devices, etc.).
- Maintain accurate records for accounts payable/receivable, inventory, and site equipment.
- Liaise with suppliers and vendors to resolve delivery, billing, and service issues.
- Support internal reporting and help improve administrative processes and filing systems.
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree (or equivalent).
- Minimum 2 years' experience in an administrative or similar support role.
- Very good proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience in the renewable energy or engineering sector is an advantage.
- Strong organisational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
- High level of attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Experience supporting budgets, expenses, and supplier management is desirable.
