About the role
This is a central role within our project delivery teams, where you'll help keep complex energy projects running smoothly from planning through to execution. As a Senior Project Coordinator, you'll be the link between teams, stakeholders, and processes—ensuring clear communication, strong organisation, and consistent progress across every stage of the project lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Support the coordination and day‐to‐day management of projects
- Communicate with stakeholders on project requirements, updates, and objectives
- Prepare documentation including reports, invoices, estimates, and schedules
- Track project progress and report on performance and milestones
- Conduct research and gather information to support project needs
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of relevant project coordination experience
- Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering
- Proficiency in MS Office tools
- Project Management certification (desirable)
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Willingness to travel as required
