Your role will encompass:
- Manage reception and front‑of‑house operations, welcoming visitors, employees, suppliers, and external partners, while handling incoming calls, enquiries, postal correspondence, deliveries, and courier requests.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings, support on‑site meetings and internal events, and liaise with the Chairman’s Office and Executive PAs to ensure smooth scheduling and logistics for Metlen executives and visitors.
- Oversee office supplies, facilities stock, kitchen consumables, and communal areas, ensuring the office environment remains fully operational, organised, and professional at all times.
- Coordinate office cleaning, maintenance, repairs, and external suppliers, while carrying out visual health & safety checks to maintain a safe and compliant workplace.
- Monitor office‑related expenses, support invoice processing and record keeping, and provide ad hoc administrative assistance to the wider office as required.
What you will bring:
- Previous experience in office coordination, administration, or facilities support roles, ideally within a corporate environment.
- Experience supporting senior stakeholders, such as Executives, Directors, or CEOs, with a professional and service‑oriented approach.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and maintain attention to detail in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general office software, combined with a proactive mindset and problem‑solving capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- First Aid or Fire Marshal certification and knowledge of the Greek language will be considered assets.
