We are currently looking for an HR Service Delivery Associate, Rewards (Fixed Term – Maternity Cover) to join our People Services team based in London.
Responsibilities
- Implement and manage operational processes for Rewards, OE & PM CoE programmes (e.g., performance management cycles, benefits implementation globally, job architecture activities, reporting), ensuring a focus on excellence and a positive employee experience.
- Ensure data accuracy, policy compliance, and consistency across all Rewards, OE & PM CoE procedures and processes.
- Serve as a liaison between People Services and Rewards, OE & PM CoE teams by sharing insights from employee queries, identifying trends, and highlighting potential gaps.
- Support continuous improvement by implementing enhancements to Rewards, OE & PM CoE activities and offering training and troubleshooting on HR systems and tools to promote employee and manager self-sufficiency.
- Ensure the integrity of data in the system by conducting accurate system updates and providing ongoing support for various data needs (e.g., MJM data, assignment of Performance cycle Forms).
- Facilitate the launch of communications via official Rewards, OE & PM CoE channels to ensure high-quality service experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in HR operations, service delivery, or employee services.
- Proficient in HR systems for data entry, troubleshooting, and reporting.
- Skilled in managing employee queries via ticketing systems, ensuring timely resolution.
- Strong customer service skills, providing timely and helpful support with a positive approach.
- Ensure data accuracy in HR processes and generate required reports.
- Ability to identify and suggest process improvements for greater efficiency and results.
