METLEN Energy & Metals in the UK seeks an experienced Lead Site Engineer to join our Renewables Division.
You will lead on-site multidisciplinary teams, coordinate civil, mechanical and electrical works, ensure safety and quality, and report to the Project Manager on progress, risks, and resource needs.
This role requires strong planning, look-ahead scheduling, RAMS/ITP comprehension, and proactive problem solving, with a focus on delivering projects safely, on time, and to technical standards.
