We are currently looking for an HSE Site Coordinator professional to join our M Renewables Division in the UK. This exciting opportunity is a perfect fit for someone passionate about renewables and building a culture of safety, to contribute to making an impact in the Renewable Energy Sector.

Your role will encompass:

  • Provision of HSE support and advice to the EPC team
  • Completion of HSE audits and inspections
  • Analysis of audit findings and working closely with site teams to effectively close out nonconformities
  • Assist in drafting and review of Risk Assessments and Method Statements
  • Encourage an open and positive safety culture
  • Support the workforce to reduce H&S risks
  • Assist in incident investigation and identifying root causes
  • Provide input during the pre-construction stage (planning requirements, pre-construction information etc.)
  • Carry out office HSE audits
  • Identify training needs and competency requirements
  • Provide input during tenders and Design Risk Management Workshops
  • Update company’s approved contractors’ list
  • Work closely with the dept HSE managers to ensure that office is compliant in regards to HSE
  • Collate the monthly ESG & HSE statistics from projects

What you bring to the role:

  • NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate, or industry recognized equivalent (Technical Member of IOSH is an asset)
  • Experience as a H&S professional in a construction (CDM), electrical, or related technical environment
  • Previous solar/renewables experience is highly preferred
  • Experience as an ISO 14001 and ISO45001 auditor is an asset
  • High capacity for new learning and enthusiastic approach to tasks
  • Prior experience in incident investigation processes and tools is an asset
  • UK Driving License
