We are currently looking for an accountant to join our Finance Team in our UK office.

Your role will encompass:

  • Perform bookkeeping activities to ensure accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Ensure timely and precise updates to accounting records in compliance with internal policies and regulations.
  • Contribute to the preparation of statutory reports for tax compliance and regulatory purposes.
  • Support the preparation of financial reporting for both group consolidation and statutory filing requirements.
  • Manage daily reconciliations of General Ledger (GL) accounts to ensure data integrity and identify discrepancies promptly

What you bring to the role:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or related fields
  • 2+ years of relevant experience (preferably in a large energy, construction or auditing firm)
  • Excellent use of MS OfficeFamiliarity with SAP (FI, MM) will be considered an asset
  • Ability to work under pressure and within strict deadlinesExcellent analytical skills
  • Attention to detailStrong planning and organizational skill
