Job Description Senior Project Coordinator, Tenders 06/10/2026 Job Description:

As we continue to expand our activities across theUK and Ireland, we are looking for a Senior Project Coordinator - Tenderto join our team in our London office and support the coordination and delivery of tender opportunities across the market.

The role will support the day-to-day management of tender activities, ensuring that all required technical, commercial and administrative inputs are coordinated effectively and submitted in line with client requirements and deadlines.

This is a coordination-focused position, requiring strong organisational and communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders simultaneously.

Your role will encompass:

  • Act as the lead coordinator across multiple tenders, supporting the Tender Manager in delivering high-quality submissions
  • Oversee the full tender coordination process, ensuring all inputs (technical, commercial, legal, procurement, etc.) are accurate, complete, and submitted on time
  • Review and validate documentation before submission to ensure consistency, compliance, and quality standards
  • Serve as a key liaison between internal teams, proactively following up to resolve gaps or inconsistencies
  • Support planning and prioritization of tender activities, helping manage deadlines and team workload
  • Mentor and guide Coordinators, ensuring best practices and continuous improvement
  • Assist in client communication and clarification processes as required

What you bring to the role:

  • Bsc in Civil, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in project coordination, tender coordination, bid management or a closely related discipline
  • Experience supporting tenders and project activities across the UK and/or Ireland
  • Previous experience in Solar/BESS projects is considered an advantage
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities and deadlines simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to documentation and administration
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight tender submission deadlines
  • Good knowledge of Autocad and MS Office
  • Proactive, hands-on and collaborative approach, with the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal
  • A strong interest in working within an international project and tendering environment, with exposure to the UK and Ireland markets
