Als Customer Relations Officer bij Dragintra in Kapellen ben je het aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers van klanten rond alles wat te maken heeft met hun bedrijfswagen en mobiliteit. Je komt terecht in een administratieve rol met veel contact, verantwoordelijkheid en ruimte om mee te bouwen aan een vlotte dienstverlening.

In deze rol beheer je mee de wagenparken van verschillende klanten. Je volgt dossiers op van inschrijving tot inlevering en zorgt ervoor dat bestuurders, HR-afdelingen en leveranciers snel en correct geholpen worden. Je takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Beantwoorden van vragen van bestuurders over hun bedrijfswagen en mobiliteit.
  • Opvolgen van dossiers rond inschrijving, gebruik en inlevering van voertuigen.
  • Contact onderhouden met bestuurders, HR-afdelingen en leveranciers.
  • Nauwkeurig registreren van gegevens en statusupdates in de systemen.
  • Opvolgen van lopende activiteiten en zorgen dat alles correct wordt afgehandeld.
  • Meedenken over hoe processen beter, eenvoudiger en klantgerichter kunnen.
  • Bewaken van de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening voor klanten en hun medewerkers.

Je houdt van een rol waarin administratie, klantcontact en samenwerking samenkomen. Je werkt nauwkeurig, communiceert helder en denkt graag mee over verbeteringen. Daarnaast herken je jezelf in het volgende:
