We're currently partnering with one of Europe's leading independent investment banking advisory firms on the continued expansion of its
Energy Transition Advisory team in London.
- Following a sustained period of growth, the team is looking to hire both a
- Vice President/Associate (Debt Advisory) and
Associate (M&A) to support an exceptionally strong pipeline of mandates across the energy transition landscape.
The platform has built an outstanding reputation advising sponsors, developers, utilities and corporates on many of the sector's most high-profile transactions across renewables, power, energy infrastructure, decarbonisation and the wider energy transition ecosystem.
This is an opportunity to join a genuinely entrepreneurial team with a collaborative culture, significant responsibility from day one and excellent long-term progression.
The successful candidates will gain exposure to complex transactions and work closely with highly regarded senior bankers on both origination and execution.
- Candidate Profile
- 4–8 years' experience gained within M&A and/or Debt Advisory at a leading investment bank or corporate finance advisory firm.
Candidates with experience in Project Finance will also be considered.
- Experience advising on transactions across Power, Renewables, Energy Transition, Infrastructure, Utilities or closely related sectors.
- Strong technical execution skills with a demonstrable track record of taking a leading role on live transactions.
- Additional European language skills would be advantageous, although they are not a prerequisite.
