A leading Debt Advisory firm is looking to appoint a VP to execute on UK LBO debt refinancing with sophisticated UK sponsors. This is a highly execution-focused opportunity requiring an individual who can immediately add value across financial analysis, modelling, lender materials and transaction execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute live UK LBO debt refinancing for a private equity sponsor
  • Build, review and update detailed financial and debt models
  • Analyse capital structure, leverage, liquidity and refinancing options
  • Prepare lender presentations, information materials and transaction analysis
  • Coordinate workstreams across the sponsor, lenders and other advisers
  • Support negotiations and execution through to completion
  • Work closely with senior advisers to deliver against an accelerated timetable

Candidate Profile

  • 5+ years experience in leveraged finance, debt advisory, private credit or a related field
  • Strong experience across LBOs, debt refinancing or leveraged transactions
  • Excellent financial modelling and analytical skills
  • Strong understanding of debt markets and leveraged capital structures
  • Proven ability to operate independently on live transaction execution
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Senior Associate or Junior Director level also considered
