A leading international equity advisory boutique is looking to add a Private Capital Advisory Associate. This is an established firm noted for advising founders, growth companies, and institutional investors on private capital raises and strategic transactions. The group works closely with ambitious businesses across sectors, delivering tailored advice and hands‑on execution throughout the fundraising lifecycle.
The Role
As an Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the origination and execution of private capital transactions, working directly with senior team members, clients, and investors. This is a highly visible role offering broad exposure to private markets and meaningful responsibility from day one.
Key responsibilities
- Support the execution of private capital raises (growth equity, minority investments, structured financings)
- Prepare high‑quality investor materials, including pitch decks, information memoranda, and financial models
- Conduct company, market, and investor research
- Assist in investor outreach, meeting preparation, and transaction coordination
- Participate in client meetings and due diligence processes
- Maintain CRM systems and support deal pipeline management
Key requirements
- 3+ years’ experience in private capital advisory, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or related fields
- Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable Institution
- Strong financial modelling and valuation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
