I'm currently supporting an established international real estate investment platform with the hire of a Senior Associate / VP to join its London-based investment team.
The platform has a solid track record, with a focus on acquiring and managing real estate assets through a range of direct real estate acquisitions. The team benefits from a strong pipeline and a collaborative investment approach.
This is a high-impact role at the heart of the investment process, with direct involvement across origination, underwriting and execution, alongside meaningful exposure to senior decision-makers.
The role will involve:
Evaluating and executing real estate acquisitions across European markets
Building and reviewing detailed financial models and investment valuations
Preparing investment committee materials and managing transaction due diligence
Coordinating external advisors, legal counsel and counterparties through to closing
Supporting the management of the existing European portfolio
Ideal background:
4-7 years of experience in real estate investment, corporate M&A, real estate investment banking or a related transactional environment
Strong financial modelling and investment underwriting skills
Pan-European transaction experience preferred; fluency in an additional European language is advantageous
Strong academic background and the communication skills to operate confidently at a senior level
