Principal | US – Private Capital at Metis Search A leading US Investment Bank is looking to strengthen its ECM team with additions at the Analyst, VP, D and/or MD level in Europe. There is flexibility to be based in most major cities in Europe such as London, Paris, Frankfurt, Zurich or Stockholm.This is an established group that is looking to develop its TMT Capital Markets coverage with all additions to add substantial value to the development of this Sector sub-group. The Team is noted for its Pan-European coverage while being within a role where you will take full ownership for all live mandates in the space.Key responsibilities Lead the origination, maintenance of relationships in the ECM industry across the TMT sector in EuropeManage the syndication/execution of live mandates within TMTManaging live multiple mandates simultaneouslySecure new clients in view to market an IPO and relevant subsequent follow-onsAct as the relevant point of contact internally and externallySupervise, mentor and manage Juniors in the teamKey requirements 1+ years of Investment Banking/ECM expertise from top Investment BanksBachelor\’s and/or MBA from top ranked institutionUnderstanding of Capital Markets trendsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsCapability to work independently and as part of a broader teamFluency in a European language is a bonusPlease apply if you are interested to join an established and growing ECM team!
