A leading Brokerage Firm is seeking an accomplished Emerging MarketsSales Professional to lead and scale revenue growth across high-potential international markets. Based in London, this role offers the opportunity to shape strategy within the Firm, build a team, and drive commercial success in some of the worldβs fastest-growing regions.
The Role
You will own the Emerging Markets regional sales strategy and execution across multiple emerging markets. You will work closely with executive leadership, regional partners, and cross-functional teams to accelerate growth, expand market presence, and build long-term Investor relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the Emerging Markets Credit Sales strategy aligned with global growth objectives
- Lead, mentor, and scale high-performing regional and local sales teams
- Drive new market entry, channel development, and strategic partnerships
- Own revenue targets, forecasting, and performance management across regions
- Collaborate with marketing, product, finance, and operations to localize go-to-market approaches
- Represent the business with key enterprise clients, distributors, and stakeholders
Key Requirements
- 5+ years of proven senior sales leadership experience in emerging or developing markets
- Strong track record of building and scaling international revenue
- Deep understanding of complex, multi-country sales environments
- Exceptional commercial, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability
- Willingness to travel internationally as required
