We are exclusively partnering with a dynamic Private Equity Co-Investment & Capital Advisor firm. The team advises on and invests in transactions across a range of sectors, including technology, media, healthcare, industrials, and payments. Operating within a lean structure, the firm offers Analysts significant responsibility, direct exposure to senior leadership, and the opportunity to take ownership from day one.
Role Summary
The Analyst will support origination, investment evaluation, and transaction execution across the full deal lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate potential investments and support development of investment cases.
- Build and maintain financial models and valuation analyses, including DCF, LBO, and comparable company analysis.
- Conduct market research, sector analysis, and competitive benchmarking.
- Support due diligence processes alongside external advisers and internal stakeholders.
- Assist in the preparation of investment committee and client materials.
- Support transaction execution, structuring, and coordination processes.
- Contribute to sourcing efforts through market mapping, research, and relationship development.

Monitor sector trends and identify emerging investment opportunities.
Candidate Profile
- 2-3 years’ experience in investment banking or private equity.
- Strong financial modelling and valuation skills.
- Exposure to live transactions and ability to manage workstreams independently.
- Commercially minded, proactive, and comfortable working in lean teams.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Fluent English required; additional European languages are advantageous.
