The firm has an exceptional reputation in the market, with a leading Industrials franchise and a strong track record of advising on high-profile and complex transactions. The platform offers exposure to high-quality M&A mandates and the opportunity to work alongside experienced senior bankers across a broad range of strategic transactions.
The team provides broad exposure across the Industrials sector and meaningful involvement in complex transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of M&A transactions across the Industrials sector.
- Build and analyse financial models and valuations.
- Prepare client presentations, board materials and marketing documents.
- Conduct detailed industry, company and market analysis.
- Work closely with senior bankers, clients and external advisers throughout transactions.
Key Requirements:
- 2-6 years’ experience in investment banking, ideally with Industrials M&A exposure.
- Strong technical foundation in financial modelling and valuation.
- Demonstrated experience across live M&A transactions.
- Strong analytical and commercial judgement.
- Clear and confident communicator with the ability to work effectively within a high-performing team.
