Key Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of M&A transactions across the Technology sector.
- Build financial models and valuations.
- Prepare client presentations and marketing materials.
- Conduct industry, company and market analysis.
- Work closely with senior bankers, clients and external advisers throughout transactions.
Key Requirements:
- Approximately 3-6 years’ investment banking experience, ideally within Technology M&A.
- Strong financial modelling and valuation skills.
- Demonstrated experience across live M&A transactions.
- Strong analytical skills and commercial judgement.
- A proactive, team-oriented approach and a strong desire to develop.
