Following an active acquisition period, the team is now focused on driving value across its held portfolio. The role offers broad exposure to the full AM lifecycle - business planning, leasing, capex, refinancing and exit - with direct involvement across a diverse portfolio and strong access to senior decision-makers.

The ideal candidate will have:
- 2+ years in real estate asset management, investment or acquisitions
- Experience with asset business plans, financial modelling and performance monitoring
- Exposure to leasing, capex, refinancing or disposals is a plus
- Strong understanding of real estate fundamentals and valuation
