My client is a leading name in providing a range of high-quality flat roof waterproofing systems, along with a comprehensive service to match. With the ability to advise, oversee, and complete commercial & industrial roofing projects within the refurbishment & new build market.
To uphold their reliable & robust reputation, an opportunity for a Site Technician has presented itself to oversee the Midlands & Yorkshire regions. The technical department provides in-house and on-site technical support across the business to support the correct specification, monitoring, and delivery of guarantees. The team is responsible for ensuring that the service levels of our guarantees are upheld and for helping internal colleagues, external clients, and customers with technical-related queries.
Their external operations team provide on-site technical support for live projects. The team is responsible for monitoring projects and ensuring that specifications are followed. Working with the commercial team, supporting contractors while liaising with clients/customers, ensuring fluidity from start to finish. Monitoring applications, offering technical solutions when required, adhering to health & safety at all times, and being a decisive communicator at all levels.
In return, a competitive package of £50k to £55k awaits the successful candidate, which includes a Hybrid Company Car & all company benefits.
