You will work directly with the CEO on supporting business operations and running projects that span every function of the business. Over time, you may own some of these areas yourself. This is a highly varied and generalist role. You will be the first operations hire and joining a team of eighteen people (rapidly growing).

Our mission is to radically accelerate the pace of software development. Meticulous is profitable and 10x’ing annual recurring revenue every 12 months. We’ve brought together a small team of some of the most talented engineers in the world. This has allowed us to build a technology that fully autonomously and exhaustively tests frontend codebases. We believe that autonomous and exhaustive testing is the missing piece in unlocking the full potential of code generation, and automating the majority of software development. This is an opportunity to join a company going through hypergrowth as we scale from millions of annual recurring revenue to $100m ARR.

What you’ll do

  • Strategic projects - You’ll bring your generalist skills and ability to get things done to a wide variety of opportunities across sales, product, customer success and internal operations. Design and run a customer referral program. Research and manage advertising campaigns. Organize and host CTO dinners across NYC, Seattle, and SF.
  • People & Team Development - Helping us scale how we hire, onboard, and support our team. This could include recruiting for critical roles, improving performance management, or evolving company rituals and culture. Help scale hiring, onboarding, and performance management. Drive recruiting for critical roles across GTM and engineering teams.
  • Operations & Internal Infrastructure - Working across finance, legal, tax, and compliance. You’ll help manage vendors, ensure filings get done, and resolve issues that keep our operations smooth and reliable. Manage finance, legal, tax, and compliance processes. Select and manage vendors and tools to support a growing business.

If based in London, this role will involve frequent travel to San Francisco and other locations within the United States. If based in San Francisco, this role will involve frequent travel to London.
