We are investing in our Cyber Practice to support critical UK public sector programmes, and we are engaging with cyber professionals who want to build capability, deepen expertise, and grow with a consultancy that puts people first. Where we are growing:
- Security Operations (SOC Analysts & Engineers) - detection, response, threat hunting
- Industrial & OT Security (IACS / OT Cyber) - protecting operational and safety‑critical environments
- Cyber Security Architecture - secure‑by‑design solutions for complex estates
- GRC & Assurance - governance, risk, compliance, audit and regulatory alignment
Developing cyber professionals the right way:
At Methods, growth is intentional and grounded in real delivery. We support training and development aligned to the frameworks and standards our clients actually use, including:
- NIST (e.g. Cyber Security Framework and risk management models)
- UK National Cyber Security Centre guidance, including the Cyber Assessment Framework (CAF)

We also actively support progression towards recognised cyber accreditations, including:
- Professional development via Chartered Institute of Information Security (CIISEC)

- Chartered Cyber Security Professional (ChCSP)
