Responsibilities- Coordinate bid actions and stakeholders
- Provide critical and creative inputs to the value proposition
- Support the bid team in creating the winning offer
- Guarantee the high quality of the offer delivered in line with Method's standards
- Support the team to identify key messages and differentiators for the bid and develop the bid response
- Become a bid process specialist for Methods
- Train and coach the bid stakeholders on the bid process
- Monitor and improve bid performance
- Identify and deploy the best and innovative ways of working to improve the company's approach to proposals
- Network
- Direct report to the Head of Bids for Methods in the UK
- Join an international strategic business development team
- Coordinate across business units and corporate functions
- Experience with public sector frameworks and digital environments
- Strong attention to detail: Excellent English; writing and numerical skills
- Excellent presentation skills and facilitating presentation rehearsals
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to deal effectively and appropriately with staff at all levels within the company
- Commercial, bids, tender, business development, marketing background
- Ability to persuade, influence and challenge in a constructive manner and identify appropriate solutions
- Ability to translate the firm's service offering into key benefits for a client
- Must be able to 'think outside the box' so that new opportunities can be exploited
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential
- Salesforce experience (training provided)
This role will require you to have or be willing to go through Security Clearance. As part of the onboarding process candidates will be asked to complete a Baseline Personnel Security Standard; details of the evidence required to apply may be found on the government website Gov.UK. If you are unable to meet this and any associated criteria, then your employment may be delayed, or rejected. Details of this will be discussed with you at interview.
