Responsibilities
- Solution Architecture & Design: Design scalable, secure SharePoint Online environments, including information architecture, site structure, hub site strategy, and content management.
- Hands‑on Implementation: Actively develop custom components (SPFx), configure complex document management solutions (DMS), and manage 200+ TB data environments.
- Migration Lead: Direct SharePoint migrations from on‑premises (2016/2019) to SharePoint Online using tools like ShareGate or Microsoft Migration Tool.
- Process Automation: Develop and optimize business processes using Logic Apps, Power Automate, and custom APIs.
- Governance & Security: Establish governance models, compliance policies, and security best practices (including Purview).
- AI Integration: Implement AI‑powered solutions, including Copilot for M365 and Copilot Studio.
- Client & Stakeholder Management: Lead workshops with C‑level stakeholders, translating business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Mentorship: Provide technical leadership to junior developers and offshore teams.
- Manage 200+ TB data environments.
- Lead customer workshops and shape the broader M365 digital workplace strategy.
- Tools: ShareGate, Microsoft Migration Tool, Logic Apps, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Azure Functions, Microsoft Graph API, Azure AD.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in SharePoint development and architecture, with at least 2‑3 years focused on SharePoint Online.
- Deep knowledge of modern SharePoint architecture, hub sites, and site provisioning.
- Strong hands‑on skills in SPFx (SharePoint Framework), TypeScript, React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Deep experience in Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI integration with SharePoint.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Graph API, Azure AD, Azure Functions, and Logic Apps.
- Proven experience with ShareGate and Microsoft Migration Tools.
- Advanced PowerShell scripting skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Certifications: Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Server Hybrid Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, or Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
- Background in Microsoft Partners, IT Consultancies, or large enterprise environments.
- Customer‑facing experience.
