Overview
As a ServiceNow Developer at Methods, you will deliver configuration and customisation of ServiceNow solutions across public and private sector projects. You’ll work closely with the technical team to refine stories and design feasible, quality-first solutions that align with platform standards. The role supports transformation initiatives, contributing to reusable collateral and continuous improvement. You’ll grow your ServiceNow expertise through hands-on delivery and certifications within a collaborative, agile environment. Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality ServiceNow configurations and customisations aligned with user stories and best practices
- Contribute technical insights during story refinement and solution design discussions
- Follow established development standards, conventions, and guidance for code quality
- Collaborate with Architects, Business Analysts, Testers, and Administrators to clarify requirements and resolve issues
- Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and other agile ceremonies
- Engage in code reviews and knowledge sharing to raise team learning and delivery quality
- Suggest improvements to development practices and delivery processes
- Own learning and certification journey to stay up to date with ServiceNow advancements
- Contribute to internal initiatives, reusable collateral, or upskilling activities when not on customer projects
Key requirements
- Experience delivering development and configuration within multiple ServiceNow areas
- Knowledge of scripting, workflows, catalog, and integrations on the ServiceNow platform
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong problem-solving skills and collaborative delivery mindset
- SC clearance (or eligible to obtain SC clearance)
- Multiple ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certifications
- Familiarity with ATF desirable but not essential
