Role Overview
The ServiceNow Pre-Sales & Assurance Consultant will support business development activities, shape winning solutions, and provide delivery assurance across our ServiceNow portfolio. This role sits at the intersection of sales, solution design, and delivery excellence. The successful candidate will work closely with account teams, proposition leads, architects, and delivery teams to ensure that ServiceNow opportunities are both compelling and deliverable.
What You Will Do
The ServiceNow Pre-Sales & Assurance Consultant will carry out pre-sales & business development, solution design & opportunity leadership, delivery assurance & quality governance, and capability development activities. This includes supporting the sales team in identifying and qualifying ServiceNow opportunities, leading discovery workshops, shaping solution approaches, and presenting ServiceNow solutions to senior stakeholders.

Requirements
- Proven experience in a ServiceNow consulting, architecture, pre-sales, or solution design role
- Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its key modules
- Experience leading solution design activities for complex digital transformation programmes
- Demonstrable experience supporting bids, proposals, and customer presentations
- Strong understanding of public sector procurement and framework-based opportunities
- Experience performing delivery assurance, governance reviews, or programme health checks
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Commercially aware, with experience supporting estimation, business cases, and opportunity qualification
- Self-motivated, collaborative, and able to work across multiple opportunities and engagements simultaneously
