We are looking for multiple Red Hat / Linux Administrators to join a team supporting day-to-day engineering infrastructure operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Run & Maintenance (BAU): Maintain and optimise engineering systems; Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation; Support project delivery (design, planning, testing, rollout).
  • Operational Support & Ticketing: Manage incidents and service requests in an ITIL-based environment; Collaborate with multiple IT teams and stakeholders.
  • Engineering Support: Support hardware and software lifecycle management; Provide technical guidance to engineering programmes.
  • Infrastructure Implementation: May require design, provision, install, configure, and maintain infrastructure services; May ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Core skills: Strong experience with Red Hat Linux (RHEL); Knowledge of Ansible; Excellent communication; Documentation skills; Ability to work effectively in a team environment; Experience in Government is a plus; Must be willing to go through SC security clearance.

Location: 3 days mandatory onsite in Stevenage, otherwise Portsmouth.
