Role Overview
As a ServiceNow Pre-Sales & Assurance Consultant, you will work at the intersection of sales, solution design, and delivery excellence. You will support business development activities, shape winning solutions, and provide delivery assurance across our ServiceNow portfolio. You will work closely with account teams, proposition leads, architects, and delivery teams to ensure that ServiceNow opportunities are both compelling and deliverable.
What You Will Do
Your key responsibilities will include pre-sales and business development, solution design and opportunity leadership, delivery assurance and quality governance, and capability development. You will support the sales team in identifying and qualifying ServiceNow opportunities, lead discovery workshops, shape solution approaches, and present ServiceNow solutions to senior stakeholders.

Requirements
- Proven experience in a ServiceNow consulting, architecture, pre‑sales, or solution design role
- Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its key modules
- Experience leading solution design activities for complex digital transformation programmes
- Demonstrable experience supporting bids, proposals, and customer presentations
- Strong understanding of public sector procurement and framework‑based opportunities
- Experience performing delivery assurance, governance reviews, or programme health checks
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Commercially aware, with experience supporting estimation, business cases, and opportunity qualification
